Finally, the pricing policy of the company as well as the methods of promoting its sales, through offers and/or discounts, are determined exclusively by it and can modify them whenever it wishes, without the need for prior notice in any way.

We would like to remind you that your requests are received by our company with the express reservation of a thorough check of the availability of the products included in your order request, given that at this stage the processing of your request by our company has not yet begun.

Finally, we would like to guarantee that the collection and processing of your personal data, which is carried out only with your explicit consent when sending the form, is carried out in the most secure and diligent way, as the policy that governs our company regarding the protection of your personal data is particularly strict.

(2) Edit request for order:

At this stage, our company thoroughly checks the availability of all products listed in your order request. Especially:

i. In case there is availability of all the products mentioned in your request within the delivery time displayed in our online store, then you will receive a confirmation by sending an e-mail to the e-mail address you have provided to us and it will include all its details. The shipment of the products will then be carried out according to the delivery schedule of the courier company we work with.

ii. In case of non-availability of any of the items you ordered and/or that a product cannot be available at the delivery time indicated in our online store, then the competent employee of our company will contact you by phone, in order to arrange for any modification or cancellation of your order request. In case of inability to communicate by phone, you will be sent an e-mail to the e-mail address you have provided to us, in order for you to get in touch with us.

iii. In the event that for any reason none of the above two methods of communication is possible for a period of 10 days from the sending of your order request, then your request is automatically canceled and you will have to send a new request to us again.

iv. In any case, after contacting you, you will receive a confirmation of your new order with all the new information it includes, at the email address you have provided when filling in the order form. The shipment of the products in this case is also carried out based on the delivery schedule of the courier company we work with.

IV) HOW DO YOU PAY?

You can choose to buy the products you are interested in in one of the suggested ways provided by our company.

First you decide which payment process is right for you. Then select the corresponding payment method at the appropriate point of your order request form and finally enter your requested details.

We remind you that our company follows a strict policy of protecting your personal data and all payment information you send us is collected and processed with complete security and diligence and only after your consent provided when sending your order request.

i. Cash on Delivery Method.

Payment upon receipt of the order. When the courier employee comes to your place, you pay the corresponding price for the product(s) upon receipt of the product(s). The cost for the cash on delivery service is €2.50 (two euros and fifty cents).

ii. Payment by credit/debit card.

We accept Visa and Mastercard credit/debit cards. 100% secure payment.

iii. Payment via PayPal.

Payment with PayPal is made under the strict terms of transactions imposed by the PayPal company which you can read here.

iv. Payment by deposit in a Bank Account.

You have the option to pay for your order by deposit into our bank account. In this case, your order will be approved and shipped when our accounting department confirms the deposit.

For your best service, please mention the code of your order when transferring the amount.

V) PRODUCT DELIVERY & SHIPPING COSTS

At the same time as confirming your order, our company also informs you about the delivery time of the products you have chosen, which depends on the area you have stated that you wish to be shipped.

Your order is shipped by our company through ACS and via DHL for the rest of the countries** abroad, during working days and hours (Monday – Friday, 09:00-16:00).

There is also the option to pick up your parcel at one of the BOX NOW lockers.

How does Box Now work?

-You select Box Now as your delivery method at check out (only valid for prepaid orders!!). -Choose the Box Now locker (automatic pick-up machine) that serves you on the map (find a locker near you HERE). -After the parcel leaves us, within 48 hours it arrives at the box you have chosen and you receive a message with the PIN that opens the locker.

The parcel remains in the locker for 48 hours. You can extend it for another 24 hours through https://track.boxnow.gr/ website  or by calling 211-1005301.

*Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday are executed and shipped on Monday!**Shipments to Cyprus are made via Box Now only.

DELIVERY TIME
Based on the delivery schedule of the courier company we work with, deliveries are implemented as follows:

i. within Attica within 1-2 working days from the moment your order is recorded in our online store

ii. to other land destinations within 2-4 working days from the moment your order is recorded in our online store

iii. to island destinations within 3-5 working days from the moment your order is recorded in our online store

iv. to inaccessible destinations within 5-7 working days from the moment your order is recorded in our online storev. in the EU 3-10 working days.
vi. Rest of the world. 3-12 working days.

Our company is not responsible for any delays due to force majeure or events beyond its control. Indicatively and not absolutely, our company is not responsible for causes of delayed delivery due to delays in customs, intermediate loading-unloading areas, transport strikes or other types of strikes that affect the delivery of products to our company’s warehouses by our suppliers, etc.

In any case of any delay, our company will make every effort to contact you at the information you have provided to it, in order to inform you about it and to consult with you about the new delivery or the delivery of another product.

Although our company takes every possible measure in order to respond to your need for information in relation to the possible unavailability of a product, there is a possibility that there will be an unexpected shortage or unavailability of the product from our suppliers even after your order has been confirmed.

In this case, our company will again make every effort to contact you at the information you have provided in order to inform you about any possible completeness and to consult with you about the new delivery or the delivery of another product or the cancellation of the order without penalty for both parties and the interest-free refund of any money you may have paid within a reasonable period of time.

In case of non-receipt of the ordered goods (and if an unjustifiably long period of time has elapsed since the order was placed), please inform us immediately at info@ ohmatcha.gr e-mail. For your best and fastest service, we would recommend that you mention the special order code sent to the email address you provided when placing your order.

VI) RETURN – REPLACEMENT OF PRODUCTS

Our company takes all the necessary measures so that the packaging of all products is carried out with absolute care in order to receive them without damage. It is rare to receive a product with a defect. In case you receive the product without expressing a specific reservation, it means that you have unreservedly received the product from our company.

In case you receive a defective product. The change of the product or the part of the product that is defective or shows damage can be carried out by the carrier who delivered it to you without any charge on your part, in case at the time of receipt you find that there is damage and/or a defect in it. You can inform us immediately at info@ ohmatcha.gr e-mail, notifying us if you wish to be sent a new product to replace the worn or defective one or if you wish to cancel the order, in which case we will refund you any money you may have paid interest-free. In case you choose to have a new product sent to you for replacement, we will immediately send you a message confirming your new order.

VII)CANCELLATION OF ORDER

When and how can you cancel your order?

ii. Upon receipt of the product, you can exercise your right of withdrawal within 15 calendar days.

VIII) RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The shipping costs for the return of the products are borne by the customer. The refund (on paid orders) is made when the products are delivered back to us. If the returned product has been damaged or damaged due to the customer’s fault then no refund is made.

Within 15 calendar days from the day you received the product, you have the right to return it with any transport company you wish. The right of withdrawal is exercised by sending an e-mail to the info@ohmatcha.gr as well as by telephone to the 6948017722.

We note that the exercise of the above right (dispatch of the request and the product) must be carried out within the above 15 days at the latest (proof of date of dispatch: the stamp of the courier or the post office or in any other case). In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, it is necessary that the product has not been used, that no labels or markings on the products have been removed.

Finally, all products must be returned in the perfect condition they received without damage, without any defect (subject to the return of a defective product), complete and in their packaging, accompanied by all the necessary documents.

Both the company and the consumer are committed to the correct use and operation of the website in good faith and based on business ethics.

For this reason, the prices of the products sold in the ohmatcha.gr may differ from other similar products sold at other points of sale, since our company makes product offers or other promotional activities from time to time whenever it deems it necessary to achieve its business goals in the most appropriate way.

Our company has the exclusive right to change the price of any product, at any time, without justification and without prior notice.

X) COPYRIGHT

The entire content of the ohmatcha.gr is the intellectual property of the company and is protected by the relevant provisions of the applicable domestic and international legislation and international conventions on intellectual property. Indicatively, texts, all kinds of files, trademarks/logos, the form (lay-out) of the ohmatcha.gr, programs, photographs, drawings, commercial and financial data, etc. are mentioned. In particular, any notification made to the e-mail address you have given us (e.g. for the lack of product availability, etc.) will be considered valid even if it is not delivered to you due to an error in the information provided by you. The same applies to the contact and shipping address of the products as well as to the contact numbers. In any case, you are obliged to update your information again every time there is a change in it.

For your best service and facilitation of your future purchases, we will recommend that you register as users of “ohmatcha.gr” (log in) when you first send an order request to our company, so during your first sending an order request – visit you are asked to open an account with us and create a user profile (Name, Name,  gender and date of birth), using your own unique security codes (username & password). When registering as a registered user, the company may also accept the installation of a session cookie system solely for the purpose of identifying you, as well as your transactions, for the creation of your history as a customer, which appears on your personal page and is visible only to you. The above session cookies have the sole purpose of serving the better management of your profile and your transactions so that you are not obliged to declare your details from the beginning every time you visit the ohmatcha.gr. Session cookies are deleted as soon as you are logged out by a registered user.

Our company collects your absolutely necessary personal data, exclusively in the context of conducting transactions with the ohmatcha.gr and communicating with you for the completion of the transaction between us. Our company provides for the adoption of all necessary measures (encryption of data, etc.) regarding the unhindered safeguarding of personal data and transactions. In particular, our company cooperates with the company Let’s Encrypt, which encrypts every element entered by the user in 128bit format for security. Customer details are not disclosed to third parties and during your browsing on the website they remain encrypted and therefore not visible to unauthorized third parties. Encryption applies to all stages and all processes of transaction and sending your personal data – data to and from the ohmatcha.gr such as, but not limited to, in the shopping cart, in the wish list, on your personal registered user page, on the registered user account creation page (log in), on the order form, during the transfer of data to and from the company,  etc.

Also, during the process of making credit card payments, the credit card details are protected by the 128bit encryption method. The data remains encrypted and is not disclosed to any third party. The codes used to identify you are: i) the Login Password (e-mail or username) and ii) the Personal Secret Security Code (password), which every time you enter them provide you with absolute secure access to your personal information. You can change the above codes at any time and whenever you wish.

You are the only one who has access to your information through the above codes and you are solely responsible for maintaining their secrecy and concealment from third parties. In case of its loss or leakage, you must notify us immediately, otherwise our company is not responsible for the use of the secret code by an unauthorized person.

For security reasons, we recommend that you change the above codes at regular intervals and avoid using the same and easily detectable codes, using if possible not only letters and numbers but also symbols to create your passwords.

XIII) LIMITATION OF LIABILITY OF THE COMPANY

The user/consumer/member of the ohmatcha.gr expressly, irrevocably and unconditionally accepts the absolute right of the company to discontinue the use of the password(s) to the services of the ohmatcha.gr and to discontinue the availability of the content and information of the ohmatcha.gr whenever it considers that the present terms are violated by him. Also, our company is in no way liable for any claims of a legal or civil and/or criminal nature, nor for any damage (positive, special or consequential which indicatively and not restrictively, alternatively and/or cumulatively consists of loss of profits, data, lost profits, monetary satisfaction, etc.) from users – consumers – members of the ohmatcha.gr or third parties due to a cause related to the operation or non-operation and/or use of the ohmatcha.gr and/or to Inability to provide services and/or information made available by the Company through the ohmatcha.gr and/or any unauthorized interventions by third parties in products and/or services and/or information available through it and/or security gaps created.

The company does not guarantee the continuous and secure accessibility of websites, for which references to the ohmatcha.gr may be included. • Modification of Terms of Use: These terms of use may be modified at any time and without justification by the company, with or without prior notice. Any modification of the terms is automatically effective upon their posting on the website.
• Invalidity of a term: In the event that one of the aforementioned terms becomes invalid, it does not entail the invalidity of the remaining terms of this Agreement.
• Delay in exercising a right: Any delay in the exercise by the parties (company and consumer) of part or all of the rights arising from these terms, does not result in a weakening or waiver of this right, which may be exercised at any time at a later stage and at the reasonable discretion of the rightholder.
• Jurisdiction – Applicable Law: For any dispute that may arise in relation to the operation and use of our website, the Courts of the city of Athens have jurisdiction. For any dispute regarding the interpretation and application of these terms and conditions, as well as for any other issue regarding the use of ohmatcha.gr Greek Law applies.
