V) PRODUCT DELIVERY & SHIPPING COSTS

At the same time as confirming your order, our company also informs you about the delivery time of the products you have chosen, which depends on the area you have stated that you wish to be shipped.

Your order is shipped by our company through ACS and via DHL for the rest of the countries** abroad, during working days and hours (Monday – Friday, 09:00-16:00).

There is also the option to pick up your parcel at one of the BOX NOW lockers.

How does Box Now work?

-You select Box Now as your delivery method at check out (only valid for prepaid orders!!). -Choose the Box Now locker (automatic pick-up machine) that serves you on the map (find a locker near you HERE). -After the parcel leaves us, within 48 hours it arrives at the box you have chosen and you receive a message with the PIN that opens the locker.

The parcel remains in the locker for 48 hours. You can extend it for another 24 hours through https://track.boxnow.gr/ website  or by calling 211-1005301.

*Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday are executed and shipped on Monday!

DELIVERY TIME

Based on the delivery schedule of the courier company we work with, deliveries are implemented as follows:

i. within Attica within 1-2 working days from the moment your order is recorded in our online store
ii. to other land destinations within 2-4 working days from the moment your order is recorded in our online store
iii. to island destinations within 3-5 working days from the moment your order is recorded in our online store
iv. to inaccessible destinations within 5-7 working days from the moment your order is recorded in our online storev. in the EU 3-10 working days.
vi. Rest of the world. 3-12 working days.

By Courier: For orders over €35 shipping costs are FREE. For orders under €35 shipping costs are €2.80With
Box Now and Skroutz Locker: For orders over €35 shipping costs are FREE. For orders under €35 shipping costs are €2.50European
Union: For orders over €59.90 shipping costs are free.  The cost depends on the order volume and is displayed before completion.Rest of the
World: For orders over €199.99 shipping is free. Otherwise, the cost depends on the volume of the order and is displayed before completion. (The cost of any customs duties is not included).

Our company is not responsible for any delays due to force majeure or events beyond its control. Indicatively and not absolutely, our company is not responsible for causes of delayed delivery due to delays in customs, intermediate loading-unloading areas, transport strikes or other types of strikes that affect the delivery of products to our company’s warehouses by our suppliers, etc.

In any case of any delay, our company will make every effort to contact you at the information you have provided to it, in order to inform you about it and to consult with you about the new delivery or the delivery of another product.

Although our company takes every possible measure in order to respond to your need for information in relation to the possible unavailability of a product, there is a possibility that there will be an unexpected shortage or unavailability of the product from our suppliers even after your order has been confirmed.

In this case, our company will again make every effort to contact you at the information you have provided in order to inform you about any possible completeness and to consult with you about the new delivery or the delivery of another product or the cancellation of the order without penalty for both parties and the interest-free refund of any money you may have paid within a reasonable period of time.

In case of non-receipt of the ordered goods (and if an unjustifiably long period of time has elapsed since the registration of the order), please inform us immediately at info@ohmatcha.gr e-mail. For your best and fastest service, we would recommend that you mention the special order code sent to the email address you provided when placing your order.

VI) RETURN – REPLACEMENT OF PRODUCTS

Our company takes all the necessary measures so that the packaging of all products is carried out with absolute care in order to receive them without damage. It is rare to receive a product with a defect. In case you receive the product without expressing a specific reservation, it means that you have unreservedly received the product from our company.

In case you receive a defective product. The change of the product or the part of the product that is defective or shows damage can be carried out by the carrier who delivered it to you without any charge on your part, in case at the time of receipt you find that there is damage and/or a defect in it. You can inform us immediately at info@ohmatcha.gr e-mail, notifying us if you wish to be sent a new product to replace the worn or defective one or if you wish to cancel the order, in which case we will refund you any money you may have paid interest-free. In case you choose to have a new product sent to you for replacement, we will immediately send you a message confirming your new order.

VII)CANCELLATION OF ORDER

When and how can you cancel your order?

  2. Upon receipt of the product, you can exercise your right of withdrawal within 15 calendar days.

VIII) RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The shipping costs for the return of the products are borne by the customer. The refund (on paid orders) is made when the products are delivered back to us. If the returned product has been damaged or damaged due to the customer’s fault then no refund is made.

Within 15 calendar days from the day you received the product, you have the right to return it with any transport company you wish. The right of withdrawal is exercised by sending an e-mail to the info@ohmatcha.gr as well as by telephone to the 6948017722.

We note that the exercise of the above right (dispatch of the request and the product) must be carried out within the above 15 days at the latest (proof of date of dispatch: the stamp of the courier or the post office or in any other case). In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, it is necessary that the product has not been used, that no labels or markings on the products have been removed.

Finally, all products must be returned in the perfect condition they received without damage, without any defect (subject to the return of a defective product), complete and in their packaging, accompanied by all the necessary documents.
